Township Limanu, between seaside resort 2 Mai (approx. 350m-400 m) and Vama Veche (approx. 2 km, near the Bulgarian border). The slope to the beach in front of the plots of land is steep, so that in the event of flooding from sea, the plots of land and the buildings upon them are protected from inundation. However it follows the gently sloping beach with fine sand.

The local regulations allow the construction of ground floor + 1st floor on 30% of the whole surface (apartment house, guesthouse or hotel)
Frontage (sea direction): approx. 26m

Distances from the plot of land:       
-50-70 m to the national street, around 160 m-180 m distance from the slope;
-approx. 150-200m distance to the nearest house
-approx. 350-450 m distance to 2 Mai, which leads to the beach with fine sand
-2 km distance to Vama Veche
- 40 km to Constanta (national street, double-lane). Constanta-Bucharest 220 km (entirely on highway)
- 50-70 m to the power supply line and water pipeline; there is no canalization in the area, but you can build a septic tank, as all other inhabitants and other hotels and guest house owners in 2 Mai and Vama Veche did.
